Blagg’s Food Service can prepare up to 10,000 bagged lunches a day! In addition to having 2 fully self-contained lunch preparation trailers, Blagg’s Food Service has a 25,000 square foot warehouse in Bella Vista, California that is a Licensed Food Packaging Facility.
It is an advantageous location for preparing bagged lunches for incidents throughout the western United States. We regularly support our own mobile catering unit out in the field by preparing and shuttling lunches to the incident in our refrigerated trucks. We also provide bagged line lunches, & admin size lunches to other national mobile food units, corporate clients and government agencies such as CalFire, & the US Military.
